Founder & Chairman – Mr. Mohamed Jaber Alharbi
Journey & Background
Mohammed Jaber Alharbi is the Founder and Chairman of Bin Yaber Group, a diversified business entity serving the UAE across multiple industries.
Graduated in 1987 from the UAE University as part of the 8th batch of the Economics (Public Administration) program. Shortly after, in 1988, he began his career at the Dubai World Trade Centre, where he worked for nearly a year. This role provided him with valuable exposure to international business and administration, which helped shape his entrepreneurial outlook.
Following this, he joined the Ministry of Health, where he worked in administration and later headed the Finance Department. These early experiences instilled in him the discipline, leadership, and vision that became the foundation for his future business ventures.
From real estate and contracting to transportation and hospitality, he steadily expanded into a wide range of industries, building what is today recognized as one of the UAE’s trusted service driven groups

His ventures span from hotel apartments, manpower companies, driving institutes, and testing centers—all united by the same mission: create leaders, reward ownership, and treat every employee like a stakeholder.

Equine Passion & Racing Achievements
Horse racing is a defining passion of Mohammed Jaber Alharbi, a legacy inherited from his father, Mr. Jaber Abdullah, a true icon in the sport.
His father’s horses achieved legendary status: Queen’s Logic retired undefeated with five wins from five starts, becoming the European Champion Two-Year-Old Filly of 2001, while Youmzain ran 26 times and recorded six wins, seven second-places and seven third-places, including wins in Group 1 races such as the Preis von Europa and Grand Prix de Saint-Cloud, and finishing runner-up three times in the Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe Mohammed Jaber has carried forward this equestrian tradition with his own stable, including Sheikhzayedroad, which has 11 wins, Sinjaari, and horses such as Ten Pounds and Hand of God, reflecting his passion for excellence, competition, and international prestige. Reflecting his passion for sport, competition, and excellence.

Appointed Managing Director in June 2021, Jaber Alharbi brings a strong academic foundation to his leadership role at Bin Yaber Group. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the University of Sussex, UK, he drives strategic initiatives with technical expertise and a commitment to advancing BYG’s vision of excellence and innovation.
